The name Ellen Antonia Davicob is a pseudonym, a way for me to remain anonymous while on my journey with cancer. Only the people closest to me know of my diagnosis, and I hope to keep it that way.
Outside of the name, everything is true.
I am thirty-two years old and am a wheelchair-user with chronic pain and Cerebral Palsy. I'm a fat woman because movement hurts and doctors are against prescribing strong pain medications. I'm married to a fantastic man.
I'm starting this blog as a way to deal with the stress surrounding a cancer diagnosis and, perhaps, meet others.
